Because of the different purposes of Precision Steel Casting, there are a lot of heat treatments, which can be basically divided into two categories. One is the organization structure will not change by heat treatment or should not change, the other one is the basic organizational structure changed. The first heat treatment program is mainly used to eliminate internal stress, and the internal stress is caused by different cooling conditions during the process of Stainless Steel Investment Casting. The structure, strength and other mechanical properties are not obviously changed because of heat treatment.
