In general, the Precision Steel Investment Casting process can be divided into wax, shell, pouring, post treatment and inspection.

1.Pressure wax is making wax with wax press machine.

2.Shell consists of sand hanging, slurry and air drying.

3.Pouring include calcination, chemical analysis.

4.Post treatment includes sand blasting, shot blasting, correction, acid pickling.

5.Inspection including wax, initial, middle and finished products inspection.
