Conventional Operation of Precision Investment Casting

China Investment Casting is a casting method compared with the traditional casting process. It can obtain relatively accurate shape and higher casting precision.

1.Make the electrode to form a cavity, with small allowance or no allowance.

2.By casting wax get the original wax. In the wax brush on the sand layers of high temperature resistant liquid.

3.After getting enough thickness, dry it, heat, melt the internal wax, and get the required cavity blank consistent.

4.Cast iron in the cavity, take shell off after curing, you can get the Precision Investment Casting products.
