Do You Know The Process of Investment Casting?

Investment Casting molding generally does not apply pressure, the strength of the equipment and mould is not high, the size of the product is limited and the stress is low. On the basis of traditional casting, there has pouring, Pressure Die Casting, gravity casting and so on.

1.Perfusion. The difference between this method and investment casting is the finished product is removed from the mold, when perfusion, the mold is a part of the product itself. 

2.Inlay. All kinds of non plastic parts are placed in the mold cavity and solidified with the injected liquid material so that the package is sealed in.

3.Pressure die casting. A certain pressure on the material, it is beneficial to injecting the thick material into the mold and shortening the mold filling time, which is mainly used for casting the epoxy resin.

4.Rotating casting. After the material is injected into the mold, the mold is rotated around a single axis or a multi axis at a lower speed. The material is distributed by gravity to the inner wall of the cavity, and is finalized by heating and curing.
